Last Day of Building!
On the last day of building we finished a lot! We figured out how to get multiple pictures for the price of one picture. We all listened to each other and finished a lot. We spent exactly $15,000! We have cute little animals on our farm and a red carpet! We all really had fun working on this project, and we created a stronger friendship!
Last day :(
Today is our last day, and we are putting our finishing touches on the building. Because our building is a lake house, we decided to include moss to make it look more like a swamp. Throughout this project, I feel that my group has worked really well together and comprimising was easy for us. Our technigques while creating this projecr seemed to work extremely well because every time we did a shake test, our building stood strong. I'm very excited to do another group project just like this one!

Last Day!!!
We spray painted our building brown and almond. We decided to get pebbles and sand to make the building a modern-beach-complex! We made a pebble path and put moss around the edges! We have a front door that's made out of Styrofoam.
We had lots of fun doing this project! :)

Day 3 of Building, Last but NOT Least
We finally finished with time and money to spare! Our stable (hopefully) building is surrounded by a ring of moss, and has 6 supporting wood sticks to hold it together. We tried to do an original design by doing a tall building with cross bracings. We tried to go beyond just a box. Everyone's designs, from bricks to clock-towers, look amazing and I am excited to test them out!!

Final Building Day!!!
Chloe, Eliza, Ashton, and I (Alex) finally finished our roof top basketball court!!! We also added a garden in the front and back. YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!
Our Finishing Touches, and Tearful Goodbyes
What a great last day! But, of course, trouble found its way to our group. At first we were deeply above budget, but thanks to another group, we managed to sell our clay for $1,000! At the end of the class, our building looked great, and Matthew, Chris, Lulu, and I felt extremely relieved. Hopefully it survives the shake table!:)
